Brochures

Do you have a personal brochure?
A personal brochure is a great way to sell yourself to your prospects.  It’s also a great way to personalize yourself to them to establish rapport.   A brochure can automatically increase your level of professionalism in your prospect’s mind.

Brochure Hints:

  1. Don’t try to pack too much into your brochure.
  2. Put graphic and color into your brochure to make it visually pleasing.  Remember, most people a visually oriented.
  3. Make sure you use the same branding that you are using in all of your marking materials including your web site.
  4. Be sure to include your domain name and your professional e-mail address.
  5. You can use the brochure format for more than just a personal brochure.  You can use it for any other information that you want to give to your prospects or clients.
  6. You can leave the center back panel blank so you can use the brochure as a self mailer.

If you want to save money on your brochures, you can print them yourself on a good printer.  It’s also good to print them yourself if you think the information might change before you use all of the large amount of brochures you would have to buy to keep professional printing halfway reasonable.  Nothing is worse than any marketing piece with changes written in by hand.  If you print them yourself, you can use light weight card stock or pre-printed brochure paper.
