Now that you have learned the “Millionaire Real Estate Agent” method of prospecting, it’s time to figure out who to put into the “Met” and “Haven’t Met” categories. 
People You Have Met
  • Family
  • Friends
  • Past clients
  • Current leads
  • People who come to your open houses
  • People you do business with
People You Haven’t Met
  • Web site leads
  • Property calls
  • Other prospects
  • Orphaned clients (People who bought from your company, but their associate has left the company)
  • People in your farming area
  • People who purchased your listings, working with another associate (after closing only)

What about the people who you have always heard to put into your Sphere of Influence?

If you know the person well, they go into the “Met” category, but if you only slightly know them or only have their name, they go into the “Never Met” category.
