River City Real Estate believes in giving quality training to agents so they have the knowledge needed to build their personal business.

Some of our trainings include:

Workshops after our monthly company meetings.
Because you are busy with your career, we are offering 1 hour mini-seminars.
Experienced agents can attend any of our new agent "Quick Start to Earnings" classes as refresher classes.
Monthly week-end "by request" workshops.

Our trainer, Linda Grissette has been named by the National Association of REALTORS® as one of the few Certified e-PRO Trainers in the nation. She is also a member of the Real Estate Educators Association and is on their technology committee.

No matter what training you need, Linda will either find it for you...or create it herself. There is no set formula for what experienced agents need or want, so she won't even try to tell you what YOU need.....you tell us!

We will also be giving periodic training classes that will be open to any agent in the area to attend...and you won't be pushed to change companies if you attend.
